American Heart Association would like to invite you to be an exhibitor at the STEMI Conference. There is a FEE of $500 per exhibitor. If you decide to participate please fill out the form attached to this email and e-mail it back to Margarita.Avila@heart.org or send it via fax at 414-271-3299. Deadline to reserve your spot is Friday, April 10^th, 2015. Space is limited to 6 vendors. Set-up for exhibitors will be on Thursday, May 14^th from 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm and/or Friday, May 15^th from 6:00 – 7:30 AM.
