Eric has nearly 20 years in EMS.  His colleagues mentioned his calm, helpful and chill personality is why they were nominating him.  Eric is always helping and willing to teach.  He is an excellent leader on his shift, managing day to day operations and also facilitating calls and interfacility transfers as well and being fun to work with. 

Eric also raises beef cattle and crops on his days off.  Eric and his wife Jenna live in La Crosse with their 2 girls.
