Diana Frances has been an invaluable part of the EMS community, contributing significantly through her expertise and dedication. 

Diana was born and raised in Orlando, FL. She relocated to Green Bay, WI in 2021. Shortly thereafter, she studied to become an EMT and eventually began her career with Superior Ambulance. She has been with Superior Ambulance for over two years. In that time she has worked her way up to Field Training Officer and is now in a leadership role. Diana has a positive work ethic and is always willing to go above and beyond for her patients and coworkers. When she isn't working to serve the crews of Superior Ambulance, she can be found hiking, kayaking, or spending time with her family!
