Niko Oehlenschlager returned to working at Ryan Brothers Ambulance as a paramedic in 2022 after a brief sabbatical and has been a rising star in the training division ever since. His knowledge, compassion and expertise in the field of EMS quickly led to his promotion to field trainer, where he shined even brighter. After excelling as a field trainer, he was a perfect fit taking over as head of the field training division and becoming a valued member of the Ryan Brothers Ambulance Quality Assurance Committee. His easy-going nature, eagerness to help, and desire to share knowledge quickly made him an employee favorite, and his personnel file is overflowing with recognition and accommodations from employees lucky enough to work with him.

The only people who appreciate Niko more than his coworkers are the patients he cares for. With a combination of compassion and exceptional care, Niko is truly one of the best providers we have ever had at Ryan Brothers Ambulance.
