Casey Welsh began her career at Tri-State Ambulance in 2020 as an EMT working towards her Paramedic licensure. She took every opportunity to learn new things and practice her skills until they became second nature. As a medic, Casey continued to excel. Her desire to provide exceptional care and positively impact those around her became obvious early on.

Over the years, Casey has become a mentor and role model for new EMTs, Paramedics, and students alike. Because of this, she quickly moved into the role of student preceptor as well as Field Training Officer and recently Shift Lead. She is deeply committed to the continuous improvement of those around her and goes out of her way to make sure her cohorts are set up for success. Casey’s leadership and reliability is exceptional. She displays high levels of integrity, responsibility, and ambition which inspires those around her to work harder and gives them the drive and desire to perform at their very best.
